Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Germany and to other European Union member states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Germany: 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: 4–8 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery method, and are shown clearly before you complete payment.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing (where applicable), weather, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
